Simply heat FixIts in kettle boiled water for around 1 minute and see it go soft. Keep warm by dunking again or using hot air (from a hairdryer for example) to extend the working time.

Use FixIts to repair your broken stuff, adapt to make things better or create replacement parts!
Product care:
1. Do not store or use FixIts where heat sources that can reach or exceed 50 degrees celsius.
2. Ensure adult supervision if used with children.
3. FixIts does not have a use by date.
4. FixIts is not a glue but can stick to fabrics and some plastics, test on a small sample first

Delivery:
1. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being received (we do not ship at weekends).
2. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and aim to be delivered within 48 hours of posting.
3. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a delivery aim of 3-5 days for European countries and 6-7 days for the rest of the world.
4. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors (such as a global pandemic).
Returns:
1. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was shipped.

Good in theory, difficult in practice

I found this a tricky substance to use in terms of managing to repair something before it cooled down. I used a hair-dryer to keep reheating the plastic but often this would melt and dislodge parts of the repair that I had already done on an item. It worked very well fixing my charger lead but I prefer Sugru (RIP). It's an unforgiving material with limited applications. I wont be using Fixits again.

Not like the videos

I bought with great anticipation but found that although these stuck initially, the fixes did not last. 2 of the items I mended were the same as I’d seen done in your adverts - which was why I bought them.
The other item I tried to mend was the wrong type of plastic so that didn’t work.
Will keep and see if other uses come to mind.

Works as it should - softens in hot water and moulds to whatever shape you require.
