When you fix something - like a broken toy truck, or a lipstick stick, or an outdoor tap - it feels good.
It feels good to get up and move.
It feels good to improve things, your things!
It feels good to be positive and solution-oriented.
It feels good to use your amazing hands and brain on something that will make you and your loved ones happy.
It feels good to fix things.
This National Mental Health Awareness week, we know that fixing your things can't fix everything.
But we also know it feels good to fix, and feeling good is a start.
Fix well, friends; be excellent to yourself and cherish your brilliant folk.
